Send your own LARGE item (29.7cm x 21cm max)

Send one item of your own for Tom to autograph.

Please read this carefully.

You may send a large item (maximum size: 8.3″ x 11.7″ or 29.7cm x 21cm or A4.) such as a photo, drawing or other picture of Tom.  Only paper based items may be sent for autograph – Tom will not autograph any other objects, such as clothing or other sorts of merchandise.

If you want an autograph for your copy of Tom’s autobiography or “The Boy Who Kicked Pigs”, please do not send the books, but send the dust jacket, a label or book plate for Tom to autograph.

Whilst we promise to take great care of your item, you send it to us at your own risk.  We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage however caused, because although we can replace the autograph, we cannot replace your item. For this reason, if your item has particular personal value, we recommend you choose a tracked/signed-for service for the return of your item and send your item to us recorded delivery or  tracked.  UK purchasers items are sent first class recorded, but we send all international orders by Royal Mail’s “International Tracked” service.  

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PURCHASERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Please do not send us anything over the value of £15 as Customs will impose a charge of tax, import duty and an admin charge which we will have to pay in order to get your item released.  We would have to invoice you for this charge first, and your items will be returned to you if not paid.  If you have something of slightly higher value (we would not accept anything of very high value) you may email us at the contact address on the website, and we will consider your request.  There would be an additional charge to cover insurance in the return postage, and the additional admin involved, and we would need you to commit to paying whatever the customs charge is. We can then invoice you if you agree.

To get your item autographed, follow these instructions:

1. Choose your item (maximum size: 8.3″ x 11.7″ or 29.7cm x 21cm or A4.) .  If you want to send more than one item, put an order in your cart for each item.
2. Before proceeding to checkout, please note that if you include our photos in your order, we will wait for your personal item(s) to arrive before sending off the photos in order to package everything together.
3. In the message box type the name(s) you want on your autograph. Type a brief description of your item in the description box (which helps us keep track of your items).
4. Pay for your order. Please note that we only send orders to a purchaser’s billing address – not to any other address.  If it is a gift, it is your responsibility to send it on to the recipient.
5. Print out a copy of the confirmation email you receive from us, making sure it shows your name, address, telephone number and email address, and put it into the envelope with your item for autograph.
6. Send the item(s) immediately. If your item arrives after the signing you might have to wait until the next signing date.
7. Put on the correct amount of postage.  We advise you to get your enveloped weighed at a post/mail office and to affix a customs declaration if required.  Please note that we cannot pay the surcharge to receive items which have less than the correct amount of postage and they will be refused.  Usually the post office in the UK returns such mail to the sender but this may take a long time.
8. The PO Box to post your item(s) to will be included in your order confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder.
9. Items sent by courier cannot be received at this address and will be returned to sender.
10. Please note that it is not possible for Tom to answer letters. Tom reserves the right not to autograph an item and return it with refund less the cost of postage
